PHILIPSBURG--Windward Islands Bank (WIB) sincerely apologised for the service interruption of Saturday, September 7, between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.

  During this time all payment systems, Bankomatiko/ATM and Online Banking services were interrupted and temporarily out of service.

  WIB technicians immediately identified the cause and resolved the problem. All services were restored by 7:00pm.

  “We once again apologise for this service interruption and more importantly, we would like to assure our customers that we have taken all necessary preventive measures to avoid any future system interruptions,” WIB said.
