Curaçao opposition parties “Movementu Futuro Kòrsou” (MFK), “Kòrsou di Nos Tur” (KdNT) and “Movementu Progresvio” (MP) have asked for a parliamentary inquiry on the cost for building and moving into “Hospital Nobo Otrobanda” (HNO).
The petitioners refer to an extra 200 million Antillean guilders needed to complete the project and transition from the outdated St. Elisabeth Hospital to the adjacent newly-constructed medical facility. The other opposition party PS did not sign the request and it is not clear whether members of the PAR/MAN/PIN coalition will support it.
