ST. EUSTATIUS--Deputy Island Commissioner Alida Francis said that the collection of the 2021 vehicle road tax and the payment for vehicle number plate stickers has started.
Payment for these items takes place at the Customer Service Desk at the Finance Department. Owners of private vehicles pay US $130 per car, owners of trucks pay $155 and owners of motorcycles and scooters have to pay a fee of $85.

The deadline for payment of the vehicle road tax is April 1, 2021. “As a public entity we are always encouraging owners of vehicles and persons who have vehicles on the public roads to commence the process of their payments as fast as possible,” Francis said.
