Department of Civil Registry (Census Office) staffers were busy at work on Friday giving out the first batches of 2018 number plates to persons, who have already paid their motor vehicle tax for this year. Although a long line was visible at the department when it opened, the workers quickly worked off the crowd and were efficient in providing service to customers.
