SYNOPSIS:
The dominant Atlantic high pressure system will continue to weaken during this forecast period. Consequently, winds and seas are expected to gradually subside. Meanwhile, a relatively dry and stable atmosphere will restrict precipitation across the region.
Seas are subsiding but expected to peak near 08 feet during the next 24 hours. Hence, a small craft advisory is in effect for St. Maarten due to above normal seas. Sea bathers and occupants of small crafts are advised to exercise caution.
