A slightly unstable atmosphere, light winds, daytime heating and pockets of low level moisture are expected to persist over the region through Friday. These conditions will promote the possibility of isolated showers with a low chance of thunderstorms particularly during the afternoon hours. Meanwhile, the laxed Atlantic high pressure gradient will generate mostly light southeasterly winds across the region.
