ST. EUSTATIUS--After a one-month hiatus, Taste of the Cultures will return with several fun activities at Mike van Putten Youth Centre/Lion’s Den today, Thursday, September 30.

For the event, 12 booths will have delectable foods and refreshments from different destinations around the world. There will also be a recycled art exhibition on display, done by pupils of Lynch Plantation Seventh-Day Adventist School, who worked hard for the project.

Eardley Woodley of Golden Rock Cancer Awareness Foundation will say a few words about prostate cancer in observance of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. The night will also feature a singing duo performing the song “Lean on Me”.

The Department of Economy and Infrastructure is working with St. Eustatius Tourism Development Foundation to present a video on the island’s single-use plastic ban during the night’s festivities.
