PHILIPSBURG--The Detective Department of the St. Maarten Police Force KPSM arrested three men on Tuesday in an ongoing investigation into theft and fraud.
Suspects E.N.M., I.L., and R.J. are all accused of theft and fraud from a well-known liquor store on W.G. Buncamper Road in Philipsburg.
After being arrested, the suspects were taken to the Philipsburg police station where they are incarcerated pending further investigation. This investigation is ongoing, said police on Tuesday.
