ST. JOHN’S, Antigua--A 4.8-magnitude earthquake shook Antigua and Barbuda Monday morning.
According to the University of the West Indies (UWI) Seismic Research Centre, the quake occurred around 6:15am, 35 kilometres (km) north-northwest of the capital St. John’s and 90km east of Basseterre, St. Kitts.
The depth given in the initial report was 31km.
