MIDDLE REGION—The Sharks Pool Club represented St. Maarten in a five on five Pool Competition against Ribbean Sports Bar from Anguilla on Saturday.
The teams paired up against each other and played races to five wins of 8-Ball at the Sharks Bar in Middle Region. St. Maarten dominated with three 5-0 wins and a 5-3 victory to win the first night of play.
The competition will continue in a home and away series every two months until one team wins three times. With the third victory the team will keep the trophy.
St. Maarten is now schedules to travel to Anguilla for the second leg in September.
