Hi, my name is Desiree Winkel, owner and founder of Fitness Coaching. I’ve been working for years in my own personal training studio with clients who like to get fit and healthy, and even those who are in pain. Over the last couple of months, we have worked very hard to renovate the Fitness Coaching studio. I am sure that people who have been here before will not recognize our studio now.
After all we have gone through since the passing of Hurricane Irma, our lives are still not completely back to where we were before Irma’s passing. So I thought it was necessary to put some POSITIVE energy into Fitness Coaching: NEW classes. NEW faces. NEW look!
I excitedly looked forward to see the expressions on people’s faces when they came to the studio this past Monday and I was not disappointed. We invested in a lot of new material to make it enjoyable for our clients to train with and we also added some fun great classes as well.
Cardio Box Classes (starting on October 18)
Takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00pm. This class makes you cardio-fit in no time with abs, box and cardio in high speed. I promise you 50 minutes of good sweat – you will love to start the training but also love the fact that those 50 minutes are over!
F40 Class (starting on October 18)
Takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am! This is a high intensity training that strengthens the core, legs, butt and upper body. You work out your complete body in just 40 minutes.
Weight Loss Training
This one-hour session takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 6:00 and 9:00am or 4:00 and 7:00pm. You need to lose 15 pounds or more? Well, this is your chance. Our place is known for successful weight loss. We give you the tools but you have to finish the job. Get fit, slim and toned by working out only three times a week!
Youth Training
Takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00pm. This is a great inexpensive way to train with trainers who know what they are doing. We teach you how to use the weights and we give you all you should know about fitness. If you are between the ages of 14 and 19, then sign up and enjoy a full hour of great exercise.
Personal Training
This is training that fits your body type. Not everybody wants to get muscular or be able to lift 30 pounds so we write our own training program and personalize it especially for you. It will be an experience you will love.
