It does not matter if you need to lose weight, tone or just have the idea to get fit for 2019. Most people just struggle with the thoughts alone. When is a good time to start exercise? What day, hour and how. With whom, or what kind of gym do you want to go to, and what kind of exercise you would like to do? All those questions that are popping in your head while you do not really have answers for them.
The truth is that nobody, when he or she has to start with a fitness regime, really likes the gym. The reason for this is that people never or hardly ever have been in these places and feel a bit uncomfortable. I mean, let’s be honest. You are not a trainer; you are working in the office all day or have another job that maybe keeps you going all day. After the YouTube video’s you have seen you decided to go to the gym and do “what they do.” When you arrive at the gym, those monster machines look so different from what you have seen on the video and you completely forgot how to use them.
To succeed in your getting fit in 2019 plan, you need make a solid plan and overthink it carefully. And lucky you, I am here to help you!
First of all, check your busy schedule and see what hours you would be available to workout. If you check your busy schedule and you see that it is hard to find any time. MAKE TIME. Get it done first thing in the morning, like 6:00am. It’s very rewarding to work out in the morning and think about the positive site. You did it and don’t have to think about it anymore for the rest of the day.
Make sure that the type of workout you choose fits you. You want to lose weight, check the weight loss programmes; You want to tone up, find a great personal trainer who knows what he or she is doing. Just choose the workout that compliments your body type.
Before you sign up, do research. What gym or studio fits your needs? Does the trainer you choose has success with her or his training programme. Is your trainer knowledgeable also in the nutrition field? Where is your gym located and is it accessible during the time that you want to train?
Is there enough parking and is it a safe neighbourhood? The last thing you want to happen is to stand in traffic for hours and get stressed that you won’t make to your class.
Clean out your cabinets and fridge and donate it to people in need. Take out all the not responsible items for your new food plan. Go shopping and make it fun. You get to learn new recipes and learn to make food preps. Once you know how, I tell you it saves you time and you are healthy at the same time.
