Dr. Melody Dandre, a seasoned General Practitioner, with 13 years of diverse experience in private general practices, clinics, hospitals, and specialized homes for the disabled across France and the French West Indies, has brought her expertise to our shores.
A true advocate of all-round healthcare, Dr. Dandre holds university degrees in gynaecology, infectiology, pain management, and palliative care. With a solid educational background in medicine from France, she arrived in St. Martin in June 2020, initially joining the community to provide much-needed support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Le Lys Blanc proudly offers a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, catering to women, men, and children alike. Dr. Dandre collaborates with a team of experts, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored approach to your wellbeing. “Patient care at my centre is multidisciplinary. It involves women, men and children. I also provide pressotherapy and work with a sex therapist, a psychologist and an osteopath,” explains Dr. Dandre.
More than just a health centre, Dr. Dandre is dedicated to eco-responsible practices. “I opened a new clinic in St. Martin because I'm passionate about what I do, the people of St. Martin are kind-hearted and I think there are health needs on the island, and progress to be made, especially in the area of health care,” she says.
As an entrepreneur and the associate vice-president of the FCE association in St. Martin-St. Barth, Dr. Dandre is committed to making a meaningful impact on the community.
