Vegetarian Cooking Class!

As a vegetarian in a world mainly populated by omnivores it can be hard to come up with new or creative ways to get the most out of your meals. Between work and life in general, it’s important to have a few good recipes in your arsenal to ensure you get the appropriate nutritional intake.

Thankfully, the answer to your situation is not far away. The leader of the Cole Bay Seventh Day Adventist Community Service, Irma Lake, is hosting vegetarian cooking classes for those who want to learn how to cook or simply enhance their skills as a vegetarian or vegan cook.

Learn these creative new skills with instructor Vivian Allee of the SDA Church in Santa Rosa, Curaçao. Come learn, see and taste healthy, tasty meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Interested? The classes are $50.00 to register, but spaces are limited and can only be confirmed once you register. Registration starts on Thursday, July 27th, and closes on Sunday, July 30th.

The classes will be held in the multi-purpose room of the Cole Bay SDA Church. They run on Monday, July 31st, and Tuesday, August 1st, from 6:30pm to 9:00pm, so it won’t interrupt your regular schedule too much.
