Philipsburg Jubilee Library (PLJ) is hosting fun story time videos online! This online version started on Saturday, May 9, and new videos will be uploaded on Wednesdays and Saturdays Facebook @PhilipsburgJubileeLibrary.
There are already a few videos online that you can watch, read by youth librarian Maryland Powell (for ages 5+) and Melackia Spencer (for toddlers and babies). New stories will be uploaded on Saturdays at 11:00am, and Wednesdays at 10:00am. Parents and children are welcomed to tune in and enjoy fun stories, told by familiar faces.
The library thought it was important to relaunch Story Time online, since kids and many parents have been forced to stay home due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. There are also eBooks available via the library, so that you can read new books without having to visit. See the library’s website for more information.
