Of course, the Out N About could not resist embarking on this culinary adventure. Ours began with homemade Crab Rangoons: Crispy wonton wrappers filled with creamy crab surimi, green onions and cream cheese – the perfect start to a memorable meal.
From there, we journeyed to our next stop: Sushi! The Fire Salmon Roll stood out with its harmonious blend of spicy tuna, creamy avocado, and salmon torched before our very eyes! We fully agreed we could order this again and again – and we sure will.
Then came the pièce de résistance: The hibachi/teppanyaki experience. Our chef for the evening was not only a master of the grill, but also a charming entertainer, delighting us with his witty banter and impressive knife skills. As he expertly cooked our meal, we couldn't help but be captivated by the culinary spectacle unfolding before us.
When it came time to taste the fruits of his labour, it was clear that hibachi/teppanyaki is not only about the fun experience, but also very much about the visual experience – and the magnificent and fresh flavours also play a special part. Each item was cooked to perfection, with tender meats, fresh seafood, and vibrant vegetables bursting with flavour. As one of our fellow diners put it: “Everything on my plate is delicious – everything.”
