DEEJBLAZE is making birthday once again and party animals already know that can only mean one thing – a birthday week full of endless fun. The host-with-the-most planned his 16th Annual Birthday Bash week: Six eventful days, four amazing venues, five crazy themes and the best DJs this island has to offer, with endless rum, music, good vibes, parties and fun.
Blaze has been sharing his birthday fun with all of us for the past 16 years. Unfortunately, we had to miss out last year due to COVID, but this year’s event is bound to make up for it. It’s on from August 3 till 8, so make sure to clear your calendars as this is going to be one you won’t want to miss!
The official kick-off party “Wasted” will take place next Tuesday at Movida from 8:00pm till 2:00am. Drink specials will be flowing and the kitchen will be open till late. Come and enjoy the indoor/outdoor settings and good vibes… Deejblaze will be supported by Dj Big Boss, Dj King Kembe and Dj BB Bad.
Blaze could not have a birthday bash without thinking about the ladies, so he will host a special Ladies Night on his actual birthday at Lotus. Wednesday’s Masked Pyjama Party is going to be the sexiest sleepover of the year – though you won’t be getting any sleep there. Six DJs will keep the party going from 10:00pm till 2:00am. There will be prizes for the sexiest sleepwear outfits – so make sure to brush off that satin and lace and dress to impress.
Day three calls for tropical vibes – the Mad Reggae Aloha Edition will be taking place at Astra on August 5 from 10:00pm till 2:00am. Think Hawaiian dress code, colourful décor, live percussion and a Tiki Bar. Of course, Blaze has taken care of the musical line-up. He will be performing alongside DJ Fabulous, Dj Eyedol, MT Silver Hype and DJ Flexx… More DJs are to be added to the line-up so expect nothing less than a reggae/dancehall old school/new school mash-up.
On Friday, all boots will be on the ground at XO for the Booty-camp Army Fete. The brand new venue will be decked out military style and will serve as headquarters for all sorts of debauchery from 10:00pm till 2:00am. Blaze will lead an all-star army of DJs consisting of Big Boss, Maestro, Kembe, DJ Vibes, DJ Lil R and BB Bad. This time, the best-dressed soldier group wins a prize – so get your squad in check to conquer.
You definitely won’t want to miss Saturday’s All White Party at Lotus. It’s no wonder this is the most anticipated night of all. Lotus + all white dress code + Saturday night = guaranteed fun. Not only does Blaze have six DJs on board, but some special guests will also make surprise appearances.
Last but definitely not least, what is a birthday bash without a beach party? That is why Blaze is hosting the Birthday Beach Bash at Da Waterhole Beach Bar on Mullet Bay Beach on Sunday. On this unofficial island-wide beach day, a talented team of eight DJs led by Blaze will be providing some terrific tunes to end the birthday bash in style. That means lights on the beach, security, food and drinks, bikini competitions, and – as always – great vibes from 4:00pm until long after the sun goes down.
