Indulge in tasty pops, while supporting breast cancer awareness

Thanks to PopCycle Bar, you can now indulge in some tasty, homemade fruity pops, while supporting a worthy cause.

And for the entire month of October the cause you will be supporting is Breast Cancer Awareness via The Positive Foundation.

PopCycle Bar has begun an initiative, called the “Pop Action,” in which it will associate specific pops to a selected charity or organisation each month. PopCycle Bar will also give back a portion of its sales from those specific Pops directly to the selected charity/organisation.

As this month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the establishment will be donating part of its proceeds to the Positive Foundation. The “Pop Action” flavours for the month of October are Coconut and Mixed Berries, White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, Guavaberry Colada and Alcohol-Infused. All of PopCycle Bar’s pops are homemade with fresh fruits.

Other flavours are the “Popstafari” (PopCycle’s signature popsicle), an all-natural layered Popsicle, made with only fresh fruits: strawberry/mango/kiwi; “Cookies and Cream,” which comes with a whole Oreo cookie on the top, making the first few bites the best ones, and “Chocolate Fudge,” made with the finest chocolate; perfect for chocolate lovers.

Also available are “Cucumber Chili Lime,” a refreshing pop, which comes with a kick; “Apple Pie,” which is just like an apple pie and you’ll taste apple chunks with each bite; “Fruit Pops,” a mixture of kiwi, strawberry, raspberry, mango and blueberry, and “Coconut and Mixed Berries,” a mixture of coconut, strawberry and raspberry.

There is also a line of alcohol-infused popsicles. These includes “Strawberry Mojito,” made with fresh strawberry, lime and mint picked from the garden; “Pina Colada,” which is exactly like the cocktail, but made with fresh coconut and pineapple; “Guavaberry Colada,” a Pina Colada, made with Guavaberry Liqueur; “Tiramisu,” a tiramisu made from scratch using a Coffee Rhum (rhum made by Toppers here on the island) to add an amazing flavour to the ladyfinger cookie; “Banana Foster,” banana flambéed in a spiced rhum (also made by Toppers) surrounded by homemade vanilla ice cream; “Drunken Banana,” a banana and peanut butter one with chunks of banana inside each pop; “White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake,” in which fresh raspberries, soaked in a “White Chocolate Raspberry Rhum” (made by Toppers) and added slices of white chocolate to make this the best cheesecake you might have ever had and “Invisible Bikini,” a mango raspberry margarita.

Persons can place their orders to support the cause by calling the establishment at tel. 1-721-526-2681 or +590-690-07-19-15. Pops can be delivered to customers wherever they may be on the island within 48 hours once an order has been placed.

The delivery fee will be waived for orders placed for any of the establishment’s “Pop Action” flavours.
