For all of those who want to up their yoga-game, head to Joga this Saturday, June 18, at 1:30pm for a special workshop called Journey into Handstands and Headstands. This is an all levels workshop focusing on handstands and headstands.
At the workshop, you will build these poses from the ground up using different tools and tricks. If you want to add inversions to your practice or you just want to fine-tune it, this workshop is for you!
