Motorworld, Caribbean Auto, Audi’s biggest car show ever Sept. 2

All roads lead to the biggest showroom in the Caribbean – Motorworld – this Saturday, September 2, for Motorworld, Caribbean Auto and Audi's biggest car show to date.

It will be the first car show since the state-of-the-art showroom opened and the car dealerships have pulled out all the stops to make this event grand and spectacular for vehicle buyers.

“If you're in the market for a new car or are thinking of the possibilities, you must come on Saturday. None of the specials will be available the day after,” Managing Director Tariq Amjad tells Out ‘N About.

There will be huge discounts of US $1,000 to as much as $3,000 off. Whether you are buying a Hyundai, Audi, Ford, Mazda, Honda, Jeep, Ram or Volkswagen, you’ll get a great deal.

Get a first time look at Hyundai's new Luxury Car Brand – Genesis Motor Company – and its first car – the all new Genesis G-80 Sport. “We are hoping the Honda Civic Type R will be here in time as well. It's a racing track car that all car enthusiasts will go crazy about. It has the world record on the Nurburgring German Race Track for front wheel drive cars,” Amjad said.

The superhot Audi models will also be on display, from S-Line to the new Q2 and Q5 SUVs. “Last year we had a mind-blowing deal that took the island by storm when we received an incredible offer from Audi on fully loaded Diesel Audi A3 Sportbacks for $25,000, normally a $40,000 car. We didn't make much on the cars, but wanted to give people a once in a lifetime opportunity to own an Audi. Guess what? We have more coming in a few weeks. This time it will be the Sedan model and people are huge fans. Same price of $24,995 and up will be available. All come standard with leather seats, 18" cast aluminium wheels, panoramic sunroof, rear view camera and Xenon Plus Headlights with LED Daytime Running Lights. Come hurry and reserve yours now,” Amjad urged.

Want a new car, but no cash at hand? No problem. All the major banks will be on hand to process your loan applications on the spot. Windward Islands Bank, RBC Bank, Scotiabank, PSB Bank, CIBC First Caribbean International Bank and Banco di Caribe will be present. Don’t sweat if you don’t have a down-payment in hand, some banks will be offering zero percent down.

To make the deal extra sweet, Motorworld and Caribbean Auto in collaboration with participating banks will be making your first three months’ payment for you, two months payment is guaranteed. “You can take a loan and relax knowing your first two to three months are taken care of. Zero down-payment (100 per cent financing) is also available.

The banks will be offering their best rates on this day only,” Amjad said.

Additionally, vehicle buyers will be able to choose a free gift of their choice with any vehicle purchased. Gifts include a 40-inch Samsung Smart TV, Apple iPad Air 2, Apple iPhone SE or a 15-inch Laptop.

There will be free food and drinks all day for car shoppers and King Kembe, King Rumer and Young Dow will be performing live.

NAGICO Insurances will be on hand to offer insurance quotes on the spot and UTS will be in the house showcasing its new GPS vehicle tracking protection system: UTS Secure.

Motorworld’s service and parts team will also have special presentations showcasing the various car care products they offer. “We will also be doing free check-ups/inspections on your cars on this day, whilst showcasing all the latest tools and technology we utilize that make us such a top class dealership in the Caribbean,” Amjad said. “We are known to have the best body shop on the island and our guys will be there to show you what we can do, from undercoating to headlight restoration to customized paint jobs.”

There will also be live broadcasts from Laser 101, Island 92 (Soc), Radio SOS (Billy Dee) and X104. “We are also very excited about this car show because we will get to do it in our new showroom, the biggest in the entire Caribbean which we should all be proud of. No more hot sun – all in the comfort of a lovely air-conditioned environment.”

Amjad and his team are expecting between 150 and 200 potential clients (plus their family/friends) to visit the car show on this day. “If we can sell at least 50 vehicles, I and my team will be very happy.”

The company will have a 30-person staff on hand to assist the expected crowd.

Motorworld’s new state-of-the-art website has also been launched (www.motorworldsxm.com) and Amjad encourages everyone to visit it, especially the financing page where you will know exactly what to bring to Saturday's Car Show to be approved on the spot.

See you there!
