Come out tomorrow for an evening of original music with The Shady Brothers.
St. Maarten’s own Nicolas and Geraldo Schaede have been touring Europe with huge success and will soon release their first album, produced in York City with Mr. Fab “Fabulous” Dupont, a Grammy-winning music producer. But this weekend they are here to sing their songs for all their fans on their home island.

This will be The Shady Brothers’ first concert since last year’s Heineken Regatta and the last before they embark on a fresh European tour. Acoustic guitars are their instrument of choice, and the songs are all original creations, inspired by the island, romance and “whatever we experience,” said Geraldo during a sit down with Out ’n About. Nicolas added to his brother’s thoughts: “We have written over 100 songs, the hard part is deciding which to put on the album.”
