After the worst that can be thrown at everyone’s favourite restaurant under the palm tree has taken place – from flooding to roof being torn away; from lack of facilities, to water and electricity, and a storeroom totalled – comes a small silver lining, a positive amongst the chaos. Topper’s Rhum Distillery sustained minor roof damage which has already been patched and production can once again be underway.
Owners Melanie and Topper Daboul are proud that the Topper’s team has come back to fill our very soul with the kind of hospitality we have come to expect. The dedicated staffers have worked very hard in the clean-up and repairs. Well done to them all!
Watch Topper’s grow bigger and better than ever. And do look out for Dexter doing the roadside BBQ. His big smile just draws everyone in as does the smell of his delicious ribs and chicken.
There is also something new for everyone to try – don’t forget now, Caribbean Snow Ice will keep you cool. It comes in a variety of delicious fruity flavours and tastes much like ice cream. Try it – like it – most definitely! Yum!
