Juliette’s Bistro at Simpson Bay Resort in Pelican will be offering a four-course French dinner on a beautifully illuminated terrace in the fresh air from 6:00 pm on December 31. The cost for Juliette’s Bistro’s NYE dinner is US $72 per person. Vegetarians can ask their waiter for a special dish. Guests will toast to the New Year with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and enjoy a glass of wine or two beers with their meal. Live jazz music will add a special touch to the night, and everyone will receive 12 grapes for 12 wishes at midnight. Dress to impress in your best Caribbean formal wear.

LA PATRONA
La Patrona at the Simpson Bay Resort in Pelican will once again be organising an unlimited buffet for a special night filled with good food, great service, and an amazing view of Kim Sha Beach and Simpson Bay. The NYE dinner buffet takes place on Tuesday, December 31, with two seatings: the first seating is from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm and will cost US $75 per person; the second seating is from 9:00 pm for US $83 per person. Children aged 11 years or under are US $45 for either seating. Vegetarians can ask their waiter for a special dish. La Patrona offers an amazing view of the fireworks in Simpson Bay and Maho and a glass of sparkling wine for a toast. La Patrona will enforce a Caribbean formal dress code for NYE. The restaurant will also host an excellent brunch from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm the next day to combat hunger and hangovers after a big night out. Tuesday, December 31, Mary’s Boon is hosting a seaside three-course dinner for US $85 per person. There will be two seatings: one from 6:00 pm and a later one from 9:00 pm onwards.
Mary’s Boon’s NYE starters include Carrot Ginger Soup or a Classic Greek Salad. For entrée options, the kitchen will be serving up Chicken Cordon Bleu, Fillet Mignon with a peppercorn sauce, or Lobster Tail. For dessert, guests can opt for a delicious tiramisu, crème brûlée, or strawberry cheesecake. Vegetarians can call in advance for a special dish.
Guests will toast with complimentary glasses of champagne while watching the Maho fireworks. The sounds of the waves crashing on the white sand of Simpson Bay beach will be the backdrop for this luxurious oceanfront dinner.
