A future on the islands? Tell your family and friends in the Netherlands about ‘Working in the Caribbean’!

Do you have family or friends in the Netherlands who dream of building a career back home in the Caribbean? Maybe a cousin, sibling, or child studying or working in the Netherlands but eager to return? Then the “Working in the Caribbean” section at The National Career Fair on March 28 & 29 in RAI Amsterdam is the perfect place for them!

More employers than ever are looking for Caribbean talent

The demand for professionals with international experience is vastly increasing. This year, nearly 60 top employers – including Kooyman, Baker Tilly, Winair, the Central Bank, and Het Openbaar Ministerie – will be present, actively seeking Caribbean talent ready to contribute to the future of the islands.

“Employers across the region are increasingly looking for Caribbean professionals with experience from abroad,” says Emma Bierens, product manager of Werken in de Caribbean. “At the same time, we see more students and professionals in the Netherlands eager to return. The National Career Fair is where these two worlds connect.”

Why should you share this?

With free entry, nearly 60 employers, over 100 industry-specific workshops, and a Match & Meet app that allows job seekers to schedule interviews in advance, this event is the perfect opportunity for Caribbean talent in the Netherlands to secure their future back home. And as a special bonus; St. Maarten’s very own King James will perform on Friday, March 28!
