University of St. Martin (USM) President Dr. Antonio Carmona Baez (left) and new Dean of Academics, Dr. Rolinda Carter (right) paid a courtesy visit to Prime Minister Leona Romeo-Marlin (centre) on Monday.
Carmona Baez addressed the in-process law for tertiary education and the future vision for the institution. He told Romeo-Marlin he looks forward to possible changes to USM’s structure, composition and expansion.
