Atrium Management donates care packages/cash to staff

Atrium staff members and management on Tuesday.

SIMPSON BAY--Atrium Beach Resort and Spa management thanked its staff in a special way for their dedication during the rough times in September, post-Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The staff members who lost their homes or had damage were allowed to stay on property for some time until they got their situations sorted out.

Management invited the staff on Tuesday to get care packages consisting of food items, other essential goods and a monetary contribution for their hard work. Workers gathered in the main lobby of the hotel and accepted their cheques and goods presented by General Manager Joan May.

Most of the staff moved out of the hotel as it resumed normal business. The management remains grateful for having dedicated staff members who made sure that visitors’ stay at the hotel during September was bearable.
