Bank donation

CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank (CIBC FCIB) donated US $75,000 to the St. Maarten Red Cross, aiding in relief and rebuilding efforts on the island. The funds are part of the $450,000, the bank committed last month to be distributed through the Red Cross and other relief agencies to areas impacted by Hurricane Irma. St. Maarten is one of the seven islands where the bank has operations that were affected by the storm in September, but with dedication and hard work by management and staff operations have resumed at its Cole Bay branch and will resume at its new Emmaplein location today, Monday, October 16.
