Caretaker Infrastructure Minister Christophe Emmanuel is working overtime to complete the flagpole being erected on Bell’s property on Cole Bay Hill. Workers were seen working in the evening hours on Thursday. Bell’s Lookout Point will house one of four flagpoles in St. Maarten.
