MARIGOT--The Interprofessional Consular Chamber of St. Martin CCISM has issued a warning on circulation of fraudulent documents.

Entrepreneurs are being invited to complete a registration form to be returned within eight days with a payment of 98.87 euros. Several professionals were the subject of this fraudulent proposal.

“This abusive solicitation by telephone, fax, e-mail and post, has already been reported in several departments and has been taking place in our territory for some time,” the Chamber noted. “The CCI of St. Martin recently launched a campaign to update the business records of the territory, which does not incur any cost on the part of professionals.”
