SYNOPSIS: 
A relatively dry and stable atmosphere will persist across the Region today. Mostly fair conditions with a light to gentle breeze can be expected over the local area during the forecast period.

Seas are forecast to remain slight to moderate for the next couple of days.

 SPECIAL FEATURE:

At 11 pm, Tropical Depression Eleven was located about 425 miles SW of Bermuda and could become a tropical storm later today.  

Meanwhile an area of low pressure located over the southern Gulf of Mexico has a low chance of development over the next 48 hours.

These systems pose no threat to St. Maarten.
