PHILIPSBURG—Minister of Finance Richard Gibson was hospitalized this morning, Prime Minister William Marlin announced during a tour of the Government Administration Building Monday afternoon. The Daily Herald understands the minister collapsed due to high blood pressure and had to be rushed to hospital by ambulance.
