OYSTER BAY--The Travel Agent Central website has the Oyster Bay Beach Resort pool in its 2019 annual poll for the coolest hotel pools in the world.
Oyster Bay’s infinity pool is up against The Joule hotel in Dallas, Texas. The pool there has a unique design, courtesy of Adam D. Tihany. Its eight-foot, glass-front pool is cantilevered out over the street, giving guests the sensation of swimming suspended in air while overlooking the hustle of downtown and Main Street below.
Oyster Bay’s is set just above a coral reef, overlooking Oyster Bay Marina with a view of St. Barths.
The poll is now in its second round. As part of this National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) bracket-style competition, vote on each of the round-one matchups via
www.travelagentcentral.com/hotels/coolest-hotel-pool-2019. Only one vote per match is allowed. Winners will advance to the next round on their way to being crowned the ultimate champion for 2019.
