A plume of Saharan dust is affecting the region, resulting in reduced visibility and hazy skies. Limited rainfall activity is also expected during this forecast period. Persons with respiratory illnesses are advised to take the necessary precaution.
A small craft advisory remains in effect for above normal seas with waves peaking near 8 feet due to brisk winds. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to continue exercising caution.
