SYNOPSIS: 
The Atlantic high pressure system will continue to generate mainly moderate easterly winds, across the region. However, instability associated with a developing mid to upper level trough and available moisture will trigger isolated showers, some of these showers could be heavy, over the forecast area.

Marine conditions will remain slight to moderate for the next few days, with seas peaking near 6 feet. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
