This afternoon through Monday midday: Partly cloudy, hazy and breezy, becoming cloudy at times with isolated showers possible.

SURFACE WINDS: 

This afternoon through Monday midday: Easterly with a gentle to fresh breeze of 12 to 20 miles per hour and occasional higher gusts.

SYNOPSIS: 
The Atlantic high pressure ridge will maintain brisk easterly winds across the region. Moisture and weak instability associated with a tropical wave will increase the probability of showers during this forecast period.

A small craft advisory remains in effect due to above normal seas and strong winds. Seas are expected to peak near 8 feet before subsiding on Monday night. Sea bathers and small craft operators should exercise caution.
