SYNOPSIS: 
A dry atmosphere continues to dominate the local region, thus limiting the chance for showers. As a result, mostly fair conditions with a light to gentle breeze can be expected during the forecast period.

Seas are forecast to increase slightly today, and then gradually subside on Wednesday.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Slight to Moderate         WAVES/SWELLS: 3 to 5 feet 

SPECIAL FEATURE:

At 11 am, Tropical Storm Joaquin was located about 425 miles ENE of Northwestern Bahamas, this motion is expected to continue for the next 48 hours.  

Meanwhile, two areas of low pressure: one in the Gulf of Mexico and the other associated with the remnants of Tropical Depression Ida, both have a low chance of development within the next 2 to 5 days.

None of these systems are forecast to affect the region.
