The Atlantic high pressure system will continue to dominate the weather pattern across the region. As a result, precipitation will be restricted and easterly winds will be maintained during this forecast period.

Seas will remain slight to moderate during the next few days.

SPECIAL FEATURE: At 11:00 am today Tropical Storm Earl was located about 1400 miles west of St. Maarten with maximum sustained winds of 70 mph. Earl is moving towards west and away from the local region, hence posing no threat to St. Maarten.


OUTLOOK through Friday midday: Partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated showers.
