NAGICO Insurances, a repeat sponsor, made “a large contribution” to Conscious Lyrics Foundation for its 16th book fair on June 1, in Motorworld Showroom.
Regional and international authors and guests include Earl Lovelace (Trinidad and Tobago), Ruel Johnson (Guyana), Julien Merion (Guadeloupe), Edwidge Danticat (Haiti/ USA), Valerie Graves (USA), Lililita Johnson-Forbes (St. Martin), Nerissa Golden (Montserrat) and Fabien Badejo (St. Maarten). The book fair provides the community with access to books that are culturally and mentally relevant and provides a platform for local writers to showcase their work, said NAGICO.
