Traffic controls start on Statia

ST. EUSTATIUS--Police on St. Eustatius are to carry out traffic controls for the rest of the month with a f focus on ensuring all vehicle owners have paid correct road tax, insurance and license plate, whether vehicles have coloured lights, smooth tires, proper brakes and park lights and a good working horn.

Police urge residents to ensure their vehicles are in good working condition as a zero tolerance policy will be adhered to in the traffic controls.
