Royal Dutch Airline KLM flight 775 was given a water salute on arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport on Tuesday.
This was the country’s first commercial KLM flight since St. Maarten reopened to European travel on July 1. It turns out a woman who came from the Netherlands with a negative COVID-19 test result not considered valid was put back on the return flight via Aruba. However, she made so much trouble onboard that Dutch border police (“marechaussee”) had to come assist and ended up taking her back off the plane.
