With the Bayern fans still celebrating the late equaliser, the Italians found space down the left and Carlos Augusto cut the ball back for Frattesi to tap in the winner.
The treble-chasing Italians, who have conceded three goals in their 11 Champions League matches this season, host Bayern in the return leg on April 16.
