It’s a while ago, about twenty years, that I had a very busy life. Working most hours in the day, having a little girl to take care of and wanted to be the perfect person for my then partner.
We all want to be at our best. A million reasons not to have time to work out. Funny is that we do, however, have enough time to watch a movie, and be on social media for hours! So why is it that we don’t make time for a workout for just let’s say about 45 minutes a day.
I will be very honest with you. Man or woman, it does not matter; if you want to make time you will have time. It’s that simple. It’s just that we give ourselves enough excuses not to go to a gym or even exercise on your own at home or outside.
You may like it or not, but even for the staying-home person, there is these days a solution. The big solution is called ONLINE TRAINING. Now, there are a lot of trainers on the market these days selling themselves on the Internet and trying to get you as a client. They overload you with little surprises and gadgets, so that you get excited enough to buy their program. Sometimes they even give a food plan with the plan and before you know it, you think you bought yourself a plan that is cheap and useful.
Let me help you out of that dream. Study has shown that most of those programs are sold and the person who bought that program thought that he or she is going to follow it. Unfortunately, most people start the program but do not finish it. That’s most of all because even in the beginning its looks like it’s on your body type but it’s not. You are just one of hundreds or thousands of people who via a computer were putting in one of the losing and firming up boxes of a computer.
And thus, because it’s not specially made for you, you will not have the results you desire.
Fitness Coaching makes the program according to your body type. It will hold an intake with you of about 30 minutes and wants to know all the ins and outs, so we can make the best program that works for you! But of course, we can give you the tools, but you still need to finish the job.
What you can expect! You come in for an intake or we can do that online also. It’s about 30 minutes. We weigh and measure you and take the amounts of your muscles and vet. For a dollar amount we will notify you by phone of your training schedule at home. No or hardly any tools are required. We give you a program for 4, 6 or 8 weeks. If you like the program, we give you a follow-up.
You will find the exercises easy to follow and fun to do. We do it for every age group.
