Celebrate romance at Trellis

Celebrate the Day of Love at Trellis Restaurant at the beautiful Belmond La Samanna on Tuesday, February 14. Diners will be treated to a super sumptuous four-course dinner and great musical entertainment in a cosy and intimate romantic setting.

Dinner will include tasty amuse bouche; smoked salmon; island flavoured waffle; sea bass with amandine potatoes; truffle celery mousseline; herb crusted rack of lamb; stuffed bell peppers and olive rosemary juice and berry macaroon and strawberry sorbet served with a glass of champagne. Yum! The menu will be prepared by star Chef Serge Gouloumès.

While you dine on the delicious cuisine prepared especially for you, enjoy live music by a jazz singer, who will add to the mood of love that will be in the air. Guests will receive special treatment with a complimentary glass of champagne rosé for dessert and a small gift to share together.

All this can be yours for the price of US $129 per person. Dinner will be served from 7:00 to 10:00. The view from the restaurant is stunning and very romantic for the occasion.
