Over the past two weeks, we have given you insight into the tasty menu options that will be available for four of the nine restaurants that are part of St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (COCI’s) Gastronomy 2016 – “a unique St. Maarten dine around experience.”
This week we take you on a journey of what another restaurant has to offer, giving you more ideas on what to expect.
Big Fish Seafood Grill and Hurricane Bar’s appetiser menu includes your choice of East Coast Lobster Salad with candied pecans, dried cranberries, mixed greens in citrus vinaigrette or Beef Curry Spring Rolls with a sweet soya dipping sauce. The main course comprises Dover Sole stuffed with spinach in béchamel sauce or Penne Pasta with seared beef tenderloin tips and button mushroom in beef demi-glace or Chicken Fontina lighted baked with Fontina cheese and topped with a shallot and veal jus.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with desserts of caramelized banana crème brûlée or mixed berry tart with a berry compote. This entire three-course meal can be savoured for US $32.95 per person. A 15% gratuity will also be added to your bill.
