Eight Questions at Rusty Rocke:A legendary bar with a lot of personality

Made out of wooden pallets and wine crates, Rusty Rocket Rum and Reggae Saloon welcomes you with a down-to-earth atmosphere that entices you to unleash your inner-pirate!

Friendly bartenders are ready to serve you with a smile, whether it is snacks, fresh cocktails or cold beers. They are also prepared to answer any questions you might have, whether they are nonsensical, life changing or just about the bar itself.

Here are the eight questions we felt needed to be answered about Rusty Rocket Rum and Reggae Saloon:

1. How did the Rusty Rocket start its story?

Rusty Rocket was built as a 40th birthday present for the owner by the owner. A place where he could have fun with friends, and then it just evolved from there.

2. How would you describe the Rusty Rocket in one sentence?

A chic shack, serving top shelf cocktails, ice-cold beers and legendary burgers and snacks

3. What would a night-out look like at the Rusty Rocket?
An unforgettable night with like-minded people enjoying great music, better drinks and the best bites. 

4. Are you planning anything special during the New Year’s weekend at the Rusty Rocket?

Always different, Rusty Rocket is doing a Pre-New Year’s eve warm up weekend on Friday, December 29, and again on Saturday, December 30, so people can get an early start to their partying!

5. In 2018, what can we expect from the Rusty Rocket?

2018 is the year Rusty Rocket is going to explode on the map with lots of surprises in store, so make sure to keep an eye on all of our happenings.

6. What are some 'MUST-tries' at the Rusty Rocket?

Definitely the “better than Risdon’s” burgers and our legendary “better than side thing” wings. As for drinks: our signature 3-rum Rockets and our famous Fresh Watermelon Margaritas are winners!

7. Do you have a happy hour?

It’s always Happy House at Rusty, because we have daily drink specials

8. Anything else about the Rusty Rocket we should know about?

Rusty is open Wednesdays to Sundays from 5:00pm when you can get your burger fix on with US $5 margaritas, and on Friday and Saturday we open the back bar for party time.
