Elegance Redefined: New Years Eve @ Bamboo House

This New Year’s Eve, Bamboo House will be once again hosting an elegant NYE dinner and party. The sultry sounds of the Gypsy Kings, combined with Bamboo House’s mesmerizing views, luxurious raw bar, exclusive buffet, international DJs, exquisite cocktails and intimate setting will make for an unforgettable New Years Eve you won’t want to miss!

Guests pay $300 for this all-included all-night affair, including an unlimited buffet, open bar, reserved seating, a bottle of Perrier Jouet Champagne, the best fireworks views and live entertainment. Bamboo’s NYE event will take place from 8:00pm until after 2:00am on Sunday, December 31.

And, knowing Bamboo House, this is not your regular buffet. This year, Bamboo House’s new outstanding chef Adrian Salazar has prepared an elegant feast that will captivate the senses. Expect fresh French oysters, miso-braised beef short rib, creative sushi rolls with king crab and Maine lobster and scrumptious scallops among many other delicacies. The best part? It is all available all night long.

Just want to come for the party? No problem – Bamboo House is also offering a $175 party package with open bar and access to all the live entertainment. There will be plenty of seating, but no reserved spots.

Because the live entertainment will no doubt make this event truly unforgettable. Not only will there be mystery internationally-renowned DJs, a spectacular fire show, but the famous Gypsy King musicians Mano and Lito will be returning to Bamboo House to ring in the new year.

Bamboo House has had the pleasure of bringing Mano and Lito to St. Maarten for almost 15 years – the Gypsy Kings guitarist and vocalist are old friends of Bamboo House. This New Year’s Eve, they’ll be playing their legendary songs, “Bamboléo,” “Djobi Djoba” and so much more during their 90-minute show.

Popular around the world, guitar duo Manolito the Gypsy play a mix of flamenco, latin and world music. Based in southern France, Mano and Lito travel the world performing across the United States, Europe, South America and many other places. Their soulful gypsy style of music and rhythm is contagious as they sing and play guitar and will transport their audiences through a journey that moves them to dance, sing and cry.

It is also important to note that guests can view at least four firework-exhibitions from the restaurant’s stylish terrace. The outside deck will be covered with concert staging for the entertainment and protection from the rain, just in case of a New Year’s shower.
