BELAIR—A number of residents woke up to an unpleasant surprise on Sunday morning when they discovered the GEBE waterpipes to their homes had been cut overnight.
The Daily Herald received reports from homeowners on Rabbit Hill Road and Otter Drive that part of their water pipes had been sawed off, essentially cutting off the water supply to their residences. It is at this point unclear who may have committed this act of vandalism and why.
One of the residents has already filed a report with the police.
