  1. EUSTATIUS--Karaoke, line-dancing and a three-course meal are just some of the delights planned for the Mega D This Mother’s Day Sunday. The special evening has been planned and organized by the dads.

“So, what can go wrong? Not a single thing,” says Mega D – Dion Humphreys – himself. “We have called the evening ‘Dear Mama’. Our cook-off starts at 7:00pm at Gwendoline van Putten School where our men folk will create delicious food, serve it and entertain our very special guests.”

At least 70 Mega D Youth Centre mums, dads and children are expected to join in the festive fun. “Of course, it will be a great moment for us dads to show our appreciation for all that mums have done for us. Interestingly enough, the men like to think they are boss of their own home, but when there is kid trouble in the house, it is always the mum who has to sort it out. Mothers: we love them.”

Mega D said his Youth Foundation has some “very special surprises” he cannot reveal as yet. “My mouth is shut, so we men will really ‘keep mum’ about those activities.
