KIM SHA--In anticipation of Halloween, Environmental Protection in the Caribbean (EPIC) Foundation will host a “Spooktacular” kayak trip under the moonlight in Simpson Bay Lagoon on Thursday, October 25, from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

EPIC, with assistance and sponsorship from Tri-Sport, will host its very first Halloween-themed kayak trip with prizes to be won for the best costume. Kayakers will paddle from Kim Sha Beach to the mangroves in front of Princess Port de Plaisance Resort and Casino, passing the boat graveyard and searching for strangers to spook under the moonlight.

In the lagoon, participants will enjoy a complimentary beverage and paddle back to shore, where the best costume will win a prize.

To join in on all the skele-fun, children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult to sign the liability waiver. Those bringing a child under 8 years old should bring a suitable life jacket, as only adult life jackets will be provided by Tri-Sport.

All proceeds from this event will support EPIC’s educational and conservation projects. Reservations are required at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call tel. 581-4932
