Epifanes official conducts training at Budget Marine

Alexander Zonjee and Budget Marine St. Maarten Sales Manager Jolyon Ferron – a new generation continuing long-lasting partnership.

COLE BAY-- Sales manager of Epifanes Alexander Zonjee recently visited Budget Marine St. Maarten and conducted several training sessions with staffers and customers.

Budget Marine has been doing business with Epifanes since its inception in 1982 when Robbie Ferron was running the business from the back bedroom of his house and the first tiny shipments of their varnish arrived in St. Maarten.

At that time production company W.H. Heeren and Zoon was operated by Alexander’s grandfather. His father took over some years later and has been leading the company since, holding a strong position as one of the smallest but highly specialized paint companies in an industry that is dominated by giant corporations, Budget Marine St. Maarten said in a press release.

During his visit Alexander did several training sessions at Budget Marine on the Epifanes product, for both staff and customers, which “received good feedback.”

“Epifanes has been successful in keeping a strong brand name by delivering a very consistent high-quality product supply, particularly in the clear coatings,” the release said.
